Here’s another one from our newest menu The Joy of Cocktails: A Trick Dog Cookbook. We collaborated with 16 incredible San Francisco chefs on the creation of the cocktails in the menu. This is the Rich Table (@richtable). We worked with our friends, Chefs Evan Rich and @sallyhurricane to create this cocktail with @absolutelyx, @anchoreyes, @martini Ambrato, Douglas fir, shiso, avocado pit, lemon, and seltzer. Served in a highball, on the rocks. Garnished with a Douglas fir sprig, a mandarin segment, and @jacobsensaltco Pinot noir salt on the glass. The foundation for this collaboration started with The Riches telling us that they love Doug Fir and they love mandarin. Those two things then led us down the path to this cocktail. We also got connected with a forager they use at the restaurant to forage the Douglas fir for the drink. It’s bright, refreshing, savory and delicious.
